Outdoor integrated cabinet is mainly used for wireless communication base station, including the new generation 5G system, communication/network integrated services, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission and so on. Outdoor integrated cabinet is the cornerstone of the communication industry, so what is the manufacturing process of outdoor integrated cabinet?
1. Appearance of coating
The surface of the coating should be continuous and uniform, and the texture should be consistent with the corresponding standard template. There are no defects such as nodulation, shrinkage, foaming, pinholes, cracking, peeling, powdering, particles, hanging, exposed bottom, inclusions and dirt. For the cabinet without spraying treatment, the gloss and texture of the outer surface should be uniform and beautiful.
2. Coating adhesion
After the adhesion test, the coating on the cabinet surface meets the requirements of Grade 1 in Table 1 of GB/T 9286-1998.
3. Impact Resistance of Coatings
The coating on the cabinet surface has no defects such as radial cracks and notches after impact test.
4. Anti-aging of coatings
Anti-aging coating on cabinet surface.
5. Solvent Resistance of Coatings
After solvent resistance test, the coating on the cabinet surface should not show any signs of loss of light, obvious discoloration and wiping.
